Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may need to be exchanged for various reasons such as size or color preferences. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 1 day of the delivery date. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any price difference between the exchanged items.

Shipping Fees & return shipping fees applies to orders with return and / or exchange in case the ordered items were not damaged or defected.
Free Shipping available for orders more than 6000 EGP in Cairo & Giza only.
Return / exchange is not allowed for pottery, mirrors, fragile items through courier.

No package opening is allowed before payment, however, returns / exchange are allowed after receiving the order.
