Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may need to be exchanged for various reasons such as size or color preferences. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 1 day of the delivery date. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any price difference between the exchanged items.

Shipping Fees & return shipping fees applies to orders with return and / or exchange in case the ordered items were not damaged or defected.
Free Shipping available for orders more than 7000 EGP in Cairo & Giza only.
Return / exchange is not allowed for pottery, mirrors, fragile items through courier.
