Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from Coccarohome. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 1 day of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes products may need to be exchanged for various reasons such as size or color preferences. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 1 day of the delivery date. Items eligible for exchange must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any price difference between the exchanged items.

• Shipping Fees & return shipping fees applies to orders with return and / or exchange in case the ordered items were not damaged or defected.
• Free Shipping available for orders more than 6000 EGP in Cairo & Giza only.
• Return / exchange is not allowed for pottery, mirrors, fragile items through courier. 
• We're keen to deliver products of high quality & use intensive packing procedures to guarantee safe delivery to our products to your door steps & returns and or exchange follow return policy procedures after receiving the order & full payment. No package opening is allowed before payment, however, returns / exchange are allowed after receiving the order.  
• Refunds will be allowed using same payment (Digital payments only)  method within 5 working days of receiving & accepting the returned items. 
• There is no refund allowed for custom made orders, however, return for fix is allowed.
